Meet the leadership
Barry Katzman
Managing Director and CEO North AmericaBarry leads Peak Processing Solutions in North America. He brings more than two decades of ownership, C-suite and senior leadership experience in the alcoholic beverage industry, alongside his work in THC beverages.
Before his Managing Director role at Peak, he served as Executive Chairman of Thrive Cannabis. His background connects brand development, commercial growth and beverage operations.
Manik Pujara
Chairman and Independent Non-Executive DirectorManik is a finance and strategy executive with more than 15 years of experience in corporate governance, financial management and organisational transformation across private and ASX-listed companies.
He is also a Non-Executive Director at Nutritional Growth Solutions Ltd (ASX: NGS) and a Director at Patison Accountants & Advisors. His work spans capital management, operational improvement and strategic execution.
Matt Adams
Independent Non-Executive DirectorMatt brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, restructuring and turnaround management. He has served as CEO, CFO and CRO, giving him a broad view of commercial performance and governance.
He is Managing Director of Dynamic Corporate Investments and contributes financial structuring and strategic growth experience to the Board.
Zak Fleisher-Sharbanee
Executive DirectorZak has more than a decade of commercial experience across banking, advisory and business ownership. He founded Cura Capital, a Melbourne-based capital advisory firm serving business owners, property developers and investors.
His earlier roles include the Commonwealth Bank’s Business Bank and Corporate Property divisions and restructuring and recovery work at RSM Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from the University of Western Australia.
